I completely reimagine the trailer’s audio, replacing all original elements. This included recording and synthesizing new sound effects for movement, environment, creatures, weapons, and UI.
I recorded an Italian voice-over for the dialogue and composed new music to enhance the trailer’s tone and pacing.
Necrologium
Necrologium is an investigative point-and-click game set in the 19th century.
I worked on the project as the lead sound designer and composer, taking an active role in shaping the game's overall soundscape. I was responsible for key artistic decisions regarding the audio direction, developed through close collaboration with the team and in alignment with the game's creative vision.
My workflow involved FMOD, Unity, and Nuendo, enabling seamless integration of dynamic and interactive audio elements. I recorded, edited, and implemented a wide range of custom sound effects — many designed to respond in real time to gameplay actions and player interactions.

I'm Dario Menichetti and I’m a sound designer and audio engineer.
What started as a passion, in 2020 became Artifacts Recordings , a post-production studio where I work with artists to turn their ideas into polished songs through recording, mixing and music production.
In the past few years, I began my journey into game audio, working with indie teams as a composer and sound designer. I developed a passion for interactive audio, I started studying and working with audio middleware and game engines, trying to implement audio through scripting and coding.
With a BA in Music Production, whether it's sculpting sounds for a game or fine-tuning a mix, I always try to use my technical background in an original and creative way.
